TO: San Francisco Taxi Drivers,

Drivers are reminded that while COVID case numbers are down and vaccines are more broadly available, there are still significant levels of infection in the community. Taxi drivers must socially distance outside vehicles, sanitize vehicles before every trip, always wear a mask at SFO unless actively eating or drinking, and wash hands frequently. Sanitizing supplies and masks are available from lot staff. Additionally, unnecessary shared items should be avoided. This includes shared playing cards, games, or similar items.

Drivers found to be violating COVID safety requirements are subject to suspension. Together, we can beat COVID and get more customers back in taxis.
Please contact the curbside management office at 650-821-2700 with any questions.
