Residential Parking Permits expire on a rolling basis. 

Current permit holders will receive a renewal notice in the mail six weeks before their area expires.

When does my permit expire based on when I bought it?

This question often comes up about when an annual permit is purchased during the area’s expiration month. The answer is your permit is good through the expiration month of the following year.

Example: If you purchase an Area I permit (permit expires on 11/30 every year) on 11/15/2024, you have purchased an annual permit that will expire on 11/30/2025.
