UPDATE: Southboun Hyde and Mason cable cars will switchback at Powell and Washington. California cable cars will hold their positions.

FINAL UPDATE: Delay on Tioga btwn Delta and Rutland has cleared. IB 56 resuming regular service.

UPDATE: There is only one coach in service on the 56 at this time. The second coach is blocked by the incident scene. Expect longer IB/OB wait times.
