Residual slow-moving svc is likely in both directions as we work to balance rail service across all lines.

UPDATE #3: Trains are now resuming service from Embarcadero Station, however, we are evaluating the situation to be sure the power issue won't reoccur.

UPDATE #2: IB #JChurch trains will switchback at Church/Duboce to reduce subway congestion as we work to restore overhead line power at Embarcadero.

Riders may transfer to the subway via Church Station for westbound travel toward Montgomery Station.
