Our Responsibilities
- Providing construction management and inspection services during the procurement/construction phase of contracts
- Providing inspection services during construction/implementation
- Managing the change/modification process, and contract close-out of all capital construction contracts for the Division
- Administer and manage Job Order Contracts construction for the Agency
- Providing Constructability Review Services during the Design Phase
The Construction Management unit reports to the Director of Capital Programs & Construction.
