FINAL UPDATE: Incident train has cleared the subway and eastbound #SubwaySvc has resumed normal operation.

UPDATE: Slow-moving eastbound #SubwaySvc between Church & Embarcadero stations as the earlier incident train proceeds at reduced speed out of the subway.

ATTN: Eastbound #SubwaySvc delay at Civic Center Station due to a disabled train. Personnel on scene to resolve. Train will operate at reduced speed out of the subway. Will update when incident train has cleared.
