A resolution supporting the SFMTA Joint Development Program and Policy is being considered by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors (BOS) for approval. The resolution urges the SFMTA to pursue and identify sites for Joint Development to address the Agency's long-term fiscal health. The related legislation was unanimously recommended by the BOS Land Use and Transportation Committee in February.
