PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PROPOSED PARKING
AND LOADING CHANGES

Pursuant to SFMTA Order No. 6858 adopted March 12, 2025 the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. Official testimonies can be submitted by email ccp@sfmta.com prior to the hearing.

1. Arguello Boulevard between Lake Street and Presidio Terrace – Relocating a Passenger Loading Zone, Removing Disabled Parking, and Establishing a Red Zone

11. Minna Street between 7th Street and 8th Street – Establishing a General Loading Zone

* Per request of nonprofit center, this general loading zone will help with daily food deliveries donated by different organizations to the facility and food pickups by clients.


12. Natoma Street between 8th Street and 7th Street – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone

685 Natoma Street, south side, from 46 feet to 106 feet east of 8th Street (60-foot zone) [after the existing yellow zone], South of Market, Supervisor District 6, Color Curb Program, ccp@sfmta.com.
* This zone is being requested by a new daycare facility to provide a safe space for parents to pick up and drop off children.


13. Channel Street between El Dorado North and 4th Street – Establishing Disabled Parking

14. Channel Street between El Dorado South and Mission Bay Boulevard North – Establishing Disabled Parking and Daylighting

16. Mission Street between Mount Vernon Avenue and Concord Avenue – Establishing a Passenger Loading Zone
ESTABLISH – WHITE ZONE, PASSENGER LOADING, 5-MINUTE LIMIT, 8AM TO 10:30AM AND 4PM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

* Per request from a daycare this would provide space for children to be picked up and dropped off.


17. Ashton Avenue between Ocean Avenue and Pico Avenue – Converting Short-Term Parking to a General Loading Zone

Final SFMTA Decisions can be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to Ordinance 127-18 (SFMTA.com/127-18).
