Monday, November 28
- From 10:33 to 11:17 a.m., the T Third Street Line was delayed in both directions on Third Street at the Islais Creek Bridge due to an overhead line issue. Southbound T trains switched back after Embarcadero station. Northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. The 15 Bayview Hunters Point Express supported line service.

- From 10:24 a.m. to 12:52 p.m., the northbound 27 Bryant and westbound 31 Balboa routes routed around Turk and Leavenworth streets due to police activity.
Friday, November 25
- From 7:48 to 8:46 a.m., the northbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Jefferson and Taylor streets due to a disabled streetcar. Northbound F streetcars switched back at Pier 39.
Wednesday, November 23
- From 6:55 a.m. to 12:34 p.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around Geary Boulevard and Blake Street due to a water main break.
Tuesday, November 22
- From 6:53 to 7:23 a.m., the T Third Street Line was blocked in both directions at Third Street and Le Conte Avenue due to a disabled Muni coach on the trackway. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Monday, November 21
- From 9:50 to 11:59 a.m., the southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car lines switched back at Washington and Jackson streets due to cable repair work near Powell and Sutter streets.
- From 2:17 to 2:53 a.m., the 14 Mission Owl Route routed around Mission Street between 14th and 15th streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 3:22 to 5:00 p.m., Central Subway shuttle service was suspended due to fire department activity at Chinatown Station.
Saturday, November 19
- From 7:18 to 8:37 p.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around the area of O'Farrell Street between Taylor and Jones streets due to a non-Muni collision.
Friday, November 18
- From 6:47 to 7:23 p.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was routed over the Powell/Mason Line due to a cable strand alarm near 1652 Hyde Street.
Thursday, November 17
- From 9:11 to 10:17 p.m., the J Church Line was delayed in both directions at San Jose Avenue and Randall Street due to a disabled auto on the trackway.
- From 5:40 to 6:58 p.m., the 1 California Route routed around California and Steiner streets in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
Wednesday, November 16
- From 3:00 to 3:49 p.m., the northbound 24 Divisadero and eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around Geary Boulevard and Divisadero Street due to fire department activity.
- From 11:56 a.m. to 2:02 p.m., the M OceanView Line was delayed due to a disabled train in Cameron Beach Yard. Southbound M trains routed via Ocean Avenue.
Monday, November 14
- From 6:55 to 8:28 p.m., due to fire department activity, the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, 27 Bryant, 48 Quintara/24th Street, 49 Van Ness/Mission, and 67 Bernal Heights routes were routed around Mission and 24th streets in both directions.
- From 1:13 to 2:07 p.m., the eastbound 5R Fulton Rapid Route was routed to the Transbay Terminal due to a stalled vehicle at the Transit Center.

- From 1:39 to 2:31 p.m., the 27 Bryant Route was routed around Bryant and 19th streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 5:55 to 6:48 p.m., the 14 Mission and 14 Mission Rapid routes routed around Mission Street and France Avenue due to police activity.
- From 4:33 to 9:06 p.m., the northbound 48 Quintara-24th Street Route routed around Connecticut and 25th streets due toa vehicle blockage.

- From 5:52 to 7:28 a.m., the northbound 58 Lake Merced Route routed around Lake Merced Boulevard and Brotherhood Way due to police activity.

- From 5:24 to 6:37 p.m., the eastbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Market and 8th streets due to an overhead power issue.
- From 4:16 to 8:04 p.m., the 29 Sunset, 9 San Bruno and 9 San Bruno Rapid routes routed around San Bruno Avenue and Mansell Street in both directions due to police activity.

- From 2:41 p.m. until 6:16 a.m. the following day, the northbound 22 Fillmore and both directions of the 45 Union/Stockton routes routed around Union and Fillmore streets due to a water main break.

- From 4:20 to 5:01 p.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a cable strand alarm at Jackson and Jones streets.
- From 2:37 to 3:10 p.m., the Powell/Mason Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a cable strand alarm at Bay and Taylor streets.
- From 2:23 to 2:59 p.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Wallace Avenue due to a stalled train.

- From 12:38 to 1:38 p.m., the northbound 19 Polk and southbound 44 O'Shaughnessy routes routed around Middle Point Road and Fairfax Avenue due to an illegally parked auto.
- From 5:57 to 7:13 a.m., the J Church Line was delayed in both directions and the N Judah Line was delayed in the westbound direction due to a non-Muni collision at Church between 15th and 16th streets. Northbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Northbound N trains routed over the K Ingleside Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 1:31 to 2:06 a.m., the 5 Fulton Owl was routed in both directions around McAllister and Steiner streets due to a non-Muni collision.
