North side of Taraval between 36th and 26th avenues

3/1/22 - 4/1/22       Sawcut and construct manhole north side from 32nd to 34th avenues and Sunset and Taraval streets

3/21/22 – 4/1/22    Sawcut and construct water and sewer work north side from 22nd to 21st and 33rd to 32th avenues

North side of Taraval between 34th and 24th avenues      

3/1/22 – 4/1/22       Sawcut and construct manhole and sewer line north side from 21st to 26th avenues

3/21/22 – 3/31/22   Construct sewer work north side intersections 22nd – 21st and 33rd – 32nd avenues

3/28/22                   37th Ave. to Sunset Blvd water line north side intersections (anticipated start)

15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

3/10/22 – 4/9/22     Sawcut and construct for water line east and west sides between Taraval St. and Ulloa

                                    Staging area is 10 ft wide and approximately 250 ft long

2/11/22 - 4/25/22    36th Ave. east side between Rivera and Santiago streets

                                    Staging area is approximately 165 ft long and 10 ft wide

3/18/22 - 4/8/22      34th Ave. east and west between Santiago and Taraval streets

                                    Staging area is approximately 50 ft long and 10 ft wide.

3/16/22 - 4/16/22    22nd Ave northeast side between Taraval and Santiago streets

                                    Staging area is 10 ft wide and approximately 70 ft long

3/16/22 – 4/16/22   21st Ave. west side between Taraval and Santiago avenues

                                    Staging area is approximately 70 ft long and 10 ft wide

3/17/22 - 4/2/22       33rd Ave. northwest corner between Santiago and Taraval streets

 Staging area is approximately 80 ft long on 33rd Ave. and 10 ft wide

3/25/22 – 4/25/22    Ulloa south side between 15th to 16th avenues

                                     Staging area approximately 50 linear ft

What to Expect:

New sewer and water lines

• During excavation and installation, some driveways may be temporarily inaccessible
• Excavation requires jackhammering of the pavement. Dust control measures will be in place to prevent dust kick up from the work
• Heavy vibrations from the shoring and sheet piling work is expected for open trench work

Vehicle traffic

• Temporary lane closures east of intersection where work will be performed

East and west side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

• Posted no parking signs for the duration of work
• Access may be delayed accessing residence, crew will allow safe access during construction
• Sidewalk open for trenchwork

Temporary staging and construction areas

• Posting of no parking signs along the staging areas
• Posting of no parking signs in active construction areas

Time of Work:

Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No work on Saturday and Sunday

Traffic Impacts:

Some parking will be temporarily restricted in construction zones

Traffic lanes will be modified during active work

There will be dedicated flagger(s) to direct traffic and pedestrians

Temporary lane closure at the intersections with detours

Impacts outside projects
