Bus shuttles will substitute the California Cable Car for the evening of Tuesday, December 17, 2019. The last cable car will run at 10 p.m.; buses will be begin at 9 p.m. and continue until the end of service at about 12:30 a.m. The California Cable Car will resume regular service on Wednesday, December 18. During this bus substitution, all other cable car lines will operate as usual.

Bus shuttles will stop at the regular cable car stops on California Street. Service will be unavailable at the Terminal at Drumm Street. Customers may board at Drumm & California in front of the Hyatt. The stop on California & Powell Street will provide a transfer point between bus and the Powell cable cars.
