Tentative Schedule:
Monday, January 1: In observance of the holiday, no work is scheduled. Happy New Year!
Tuesday, January 2, through Thursday, January 4: Crews will be working on the joint trench to power overhead wires for buses from Golden Gate to Turk. Potholing to assess sub-sidewalk basements (see item below) will occur from Hayes to Sacramento.
Between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. crews will work to update the overhead cables from McAllister to Bush. Crews will work on updating the emergency firefighting water systems from O'Farrell to Sutter. Additionally, crews will pothole for future utility construction from McAllister to Bush streets.

Basement Assessments
Before utility, roadway and sidewalk work begins, the Van Ness Improvement Project team is inspecting Van Ness Avenue basements that may extend below sidewalks.
