Post Incident Summaries April 2014

Wednesday, April 30

• From 4:51 to 5:25 p.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed at Third and Mariposa streets by a stalled train. Southbound T trains switched back at Sixth and King streets, while northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Tuesday, April 29

• From 3:48 to 4:38 p.m., the southbound J Church Line was delayed at 30th Street and San Jose Avenue due to a stalled train. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
• From 1:49 to 4:57 p.m., the eastbound 44 O'Shaughnessy Route was routed around the area of Bosworth and Elk streets due to a fallen tree blocking the roadway.
• From 1:30 to 2:49 p.m., the eastbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Market Steet and Van Ness Avenue by stalled bus. Westbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets.
• From 1:04 to 2:48 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Monday, April 28

• From 2:10 to 2:40 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was blocked at Irving Street and Second Avenue by an emergency vehicle.

Sunday, April 27

• From 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., the F Market & Wharves Line was blocked at Market and Church streets due to an accident.  Bus shuttle supplemented service.

Friday, April 25

• From 12:55 to 3:54 p.m., the Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue.  Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Wednesday, April 23

• From 7:20 to 7:50 p.m., the westbound 22 Fillmore Route was routed around the area of 16th and Guerrero streets due to a non Muni accident.

Tuesday, April 22

• From 10:36 to 11:50 p.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was blocked by police activity at Powell and Bush streets. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 1:44 to 3:57 p.m., the N Judah Line was blocked at Duboce Avenue and Walter Street by fire department activity. Eastbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue; while westbound N trains were routed onto the J Church Line. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 1:44 to 5:13 p.m., the 37 Corbett Route was routed around the area of 14th and Walter streets in both directions due to fire department activity.

Monday, April 21

• From 3:37 to 6:12 p.m., the 23 Sunset Route was routed around the area of Gillman Avenue and Ingalls Street in both directions due to police activity.
• From 3:37 to 6:12 p.m., the 54 Felton Route was routed around the area of Ingalls Street between Van Dyke and Revere avenues in both directions due to police activity.

Friday, April 18

• From 9:47 to 11:54 p.m., the 14 Mission, 44 O'Shaughnessy, and 49 Mission-Van Ness Routes were routed around the area of Mission Street and Silver Avenue in both directions due to a non Muni accident.
• From 9:22 to 9:53 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked at San Jose and Milton Street by a stalled vehicle on the track way. Southbound J trains switched back at Chruch and Day streets. Bus shuttles supplemented service.
• From 9:12 to 7:43 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Hyde and Jackson streets by tree branches on the track way. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 5:03 to 5:43 p.m., the 44 O'Shaughnessy was routed around the area of Keith Street between Newcomb and Oakdale avenues in both directions due to police activity.

Thursday, April 17

• From 8:06 to 9:34 a.m., the westbound L Taraval Line was blocked at 15th Avenue between Ulloa and Taraval streets due to an accident.   

Monday, April 14

• From 3:44 to 4:27 p.m., the eastbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Taraval Street and 30th Avenue due to a stalled train. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 2:58 to 4:48 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 11:15 to 11:59 a.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was delayed due to a cable car with a mechanical issue at Hyde and Bay streets.

Sunday, April 13

• From 1:21 to 3:59 p.m., the southbound 8X Bayshore Express Route was routed around the area of Bay and Powell streets due to police activity.

Saturday, April 12

• From 8:10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Sunday, the Powell Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Friday, April 11

• From 9:11 to 10:30 a.m. the northbound T Third Line was blocked at 3rd and 18th streets due to an accident.  Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Thursday, April 10

• From 6:50 p.m. to 1:27 a.m. Friday, the Powell Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 12:48 to 1:33 p.m., the M Oceanview and K Ingleside Lines were blocked at West Portal and 14th avenues due to a stalled automobile on the tacks. Northbound M and K trains switched back at St. Francis Circle. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
• From 11:51 a.m. to 2:17 p.m., the 5L Fulton Route was routed around the area of Fulton Street and 43rd Avenue due to a non Muni accident.

Wednesday, April 9

• From 2:11 to 4:16 p.m., the 37 Corbett Route was routed around the area of Dawnview Way and Burnett Avenue in both directions due to police activity.

• From 3:53 to 10:50 p.m., the Powell Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Monday, April 7

• From 6:04 a.m. to 9:33 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Sunday, April 6

• From 11:16 p.m. to 1:24 a.m. Sunday, the 49 Mission-Van Ness Route was routed around the area of Van Ness and Golden Gate avenues due to a non Muni accident.

Friday, April 4

• From 11:39 a.m. to 3:39 p.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles supplemented line service.

Thursday, April 3

• From 2:12 to 2:43 p.m., the southbound 9 San Bruno was blocked at Jackson and Jones streets by an automobile. 
• From 12:06 to 12:43 p.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was delayed due to a cable car with a mechanical issue.  Bus shuttles supplemented line service.
