Preparing procurement documents necessary for contracting services for consultants, job order contracting, and construction contractors by providing services during the procurement/bidding of contracts, administering the payment process of the contracts, negotiating, overseeing the change/modification process, and monitoring contract terms and deliverables for all Capital Projects.
