FINAL UPDATE: Delay at West Portal has cleared. Incident #LTaraval train was removed from service. OB #subwaysvc is resuming.

ATTN: OB #subwaysvc delayed at West Portal due to a train mechanical issue.

UPDATE: Emergency repair work has been completed. IB/OB #subwaysvc resuming normal operations. Maintenance crew will continue to monitor and observe the track switch.

FINAL UPDATE: Delay at Bridgeview and Topeka is clearing. IB/OB 54 resuming regular service.

ATTN: IB/OB 54 delayed near Bridgeview and Topeka as two coaches are unable to pass one another. IB/OB 54 will reroute via Williams.

UPDATE: Due to the ongoing track switch issue, our maintenance crew will need to make the emergency repairs before the end of revenue #subwaysvc. To minimize service impacts, OB trains will operate through the affected area but at a reduced speed as personnel will be on scene. We expect that there will be intermittent OB #subwaysvc holds while the repair work takes place. FINAL UPDATE: IB/OB 48 has resumed regular service at 24th & Noe.

UPDATE: It has been determined that the repair work may take longer than the anticipated 20 mins, as a result our subway maintenance crew will wait until revenue #subwaysvc has ended to make those repairs. The subway will conduct normal svc operations.
