On Saturday, Aug. 26, several demonstrations are planned to take place in the Civic Center and Castro neighborhoods.

UPDATE 8/26/2017 9:55 AM. The 28 19th Avenue is operating normal service to all stops, including the Bridge View lot.
UPDATE 8/25/2017 9:17 PM. Due to cancellation of events at Crissy Fields, all service in the Marina will run on Saturday. The 76X will be in service. Buses will provide cable car and F Market service. We will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day and notify customers via Twitter of potential service adjustments.

For the safety and security of our customers and operators, during the demonstrations, Muni will not service stops in the Presidio or Marina neighborhoods, where the majority of participants will be. Muni routes 22, 28, 30, 43 and 45 will turn back before reaching these areas. The 28 19th Avenue will not serve the Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza and the 76X Marin Headlands Express will not operate all day Saturday. The F Market & Wharves streetcar and all Cable Car lines will be operated by motorcoach. Muni lines E and F and routes 5, 19 and 21 may also be impacted. After the demonstrations, Muni bus shuttles will be available on Marina Boulevard with service to the Ferry Building.
For customers who are certified ADA paratransit eligible, contact the SF Access Center at (415) 285-6945 for accessible service to these neighborhoods. Visit the SF Paratransit website for more information on impacts to paratransit service.

Starting at noon, the routes listed below will not serve stops in the Presidio or Marina neighborhoods. Depending on changing conditions, some routes serving Fisherman's Wharf and Civic Center may also be rerouted. Service will return to normal once the streets are safe and clear.
