The Free Muni Program for Seniors and People with Disabilities has been extended, however, some Clipper cards may not have received an update. Please fill out the Free Muni Pass Extension Form and your pass will be reloaded to your Clipper card within seven days. No transit citations will be issued during this time. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Free language assistance is available. For assistance, please call ☎ 311 (Outside SF 415.701.2311; Teletypewriter 415.701.2323). A 311 staff member can provide more information.

Free Muni for All Youth

Provides free access to Muni services for all youth, ages 18 years and under, regardless of income or residency.

No application or proof of payment/Clipper card will be required to ride Muni vehicles with the exception of Cable Car. Simply get on the bus and ride.

 

Free Muni for Seniors

Provides free access to Muni services for low and moderate income seniors, ages 65+, residing in San Francisco

 

Free Muni for People with Disabilities

Provides free access to Muni services for low and moderate income people with qualifying disabilities residing in San Francisco

 

Access Pass

Provides free access to Muni services for people experiencing homelessness in San Francisco

 

Lost/Stolen Clipper cards: Contact Clipper Customer Service at 1.877.878.8883. Please note it may take up to 10 days to process your replacement pass and a $3 fee will be assessed.

If your Free Muni for youth, seniors, or people with disabilities pass is no longer working, call Clipper Customer Service 877.878.8883
