Given the many changes to transportation during the pandemic, this Community Survey provides SFMTA and our Board of Directors with an up-to-date understanding of community perceptions and priorities as the city recovers, including awareness of transportation funding challenges. The SFMTA Community Survey builds on the biennial City Survey done every two years by the Controller’s Office and other SFMTA survey research efforts including the SFMTA's Travel Decision Survey and Muni Satisfaction Survey.
