1. Approval of amendments (known as “sideletters”) to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Transport Workers’ Union (TWU), Local 200 as follows:
   
   1. Re: Expert Employee Premium
   2. Re: 7412 City Pay Parity
   3. Re: 8121 Night Duty Premium (Explanatory documents to include a staff report and resolution.)
2. Approval of an amendment (known as “sideletter”) to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Municipal Executives Association (MEA) as follows:
   
   1. Re: Extended Ranges for Special Assistants and the Executive Summary and Cost Analysis of the Extended Ranges for Special Assistant (Explanatory documents to include a staff report and resolution.)
