THE FOLLOWING MATTERS BEFORE THE SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ACTION AS STATED BY THE SFMTA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO OR CITY ATTORNEY WHERE APPLICABLE. EXPLANATORY DOCUMENTS FOR ALL CALENDAR ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT 1 SOUTH VAN NESS AVE. 7th FLOOR.
6. Presentation and discussion regarding the regarding key metrics and actions for SFMTA’s Strategic Plan. (Explanatory documents include a slide presentation and reports.)
7. Presentation and discussion of Charter Section 8A.102 C3 regarding the legal and financial responsibilities of the SFMTA Board of Directors and Agency. (No explanatory documents.)

Members of the public may address the SFMTA Board of Directors on matters that are within the Board's jurisdiction and are not on today's calendar.
ACCESSIBLE MEETING POLICY
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors will meet in the South East Community Facility, 1800 Oakdale Avenue, Alex L. Pitcher, Jr. Community Room, Entrance Phelps, San Francisco. Muni lines serving this location are: #23 Monterey, #24 Divisadero, #44 O’Shaunessey and the T- Third line.
