The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 20, 2009, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:

Residential Permit Parking AREA “U” - ESTABLISH
472 3rd Street, specific address only. (Signs will not be installed on the street, but resident will be eligible for purchasing a permit).

UNMETERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - ESTABLISH
Freelon Street, north side, from 108 feet to 139 feet east of 4th Street (between the two driveways of 555 - 4th Street). (Six motorcycle spaces).

No Parking Anytime - ESTABLISH
Corwin Street, west side, from the driveway of 95 Corwin Street to 223 feet northerly.

Left Lane Must Turn Left - ESTABLISH
Howard Street, eastbound, at The Embarcadero.

Right Lane Must Turn Right - ESTABLISH
Howard Street, eastbound, at The Embarcadero.

RAISED CROSSWALKS – CONSTRUCT
Broadway Street corner, at Hyde Street, on the northeast and northwest legs crossing the Broadway north side frontage road;

Broadway Street corner, at Hyde Street, on the southeast and southwest legs crossing the Broadway south side frontage road.

RED ZONES - ESTABLISH
Clement Street, north side, from 2nd Avenue to 20 feet easterly (eliminates one metered parking space);

Hyde Street, east side, from Broadway north side frontage road to 11 feet northerly;

Hyde Street, west side, from Broadway north side frontage road to 12 feet northerly.

RED ZONE – EXTEND
Clement Street, south side, from 5 feet west of 2nd Avenue to 16 feet westerly (11-foot extension, eliminating one metered parking space).

ANGLED (60 DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH
Addison Street, south side, from 50 feet east of Farnum Street to 123 feet easterly.

BLUE ZONE - ESTABLISH
Addison Street, north side, from the west crosswalk crossing Addison Street to 18 feet westerly (18-foot zone).

NO TURN ON RED – ESTABLISH
6TH Street, northbound, at Market Street;

Golden Gate Avenue, southbound, at Market Street;

Market Street, eastbound, at 6th Street; and

Market Street, westbound, at Taylor Street.
