The San Francisco Ethics Commission serves the public, city employees and officials and candidates for public office through education and enforcement of ethics laws.

Statement of Incompatible Activities

The SFMTA Statement of Incompatible Activities (accessible PDF)  is required by San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code (C&GC Code) section 3.218.  The Statement is intended to provide guidance to SFMTA officers and employees about what types of activities are incompatible with their public duties.
