About Customer Service

The SFMTA provides some customer service through the SFMTA Customer Service Center and some through the San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center. Web pages throughout this site will direct you to one or the other for particular SFMTA-related services. Some services are also listed below.

About the SFMTA Customer Service Center

  • 11 South Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco (near Market).
  • Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Near Van Ness Muni Metro Station (all Metro lines) and F, 6, 9, 9L, 14, 14L, 47, 49, 71, and 71L lines
