On February 21, the 1X California Express pilot program will begin offering bus service between the Richmond District and the Financial District during peak weekday hours.
To Downtown: Three morning 1X California Express buses will leave 33rd Avenue and Geary Boulevard at 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The 1X California Express will make stops along the 1 California route on Clement and California Streets until Arguello Street, then express to Davis and Pine streets.
To the Richmond: Three afternoon 1X California Express buses will leave Sacramento and Davis streets at 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. They will make three downtown stops and then express to Arguello and California Streets.
